In p[i][j], will all the p[i][0] be sorted in ascending order? Ex: (2 2) (3 2) (3 2) (4 3) (4 4) (4 3) is the only way or can this be written in this way too: (3 2) (3 2) (2 2) (4 3) (4 4) (4 3) ?
